Water grinder walnut
The WaterGrinder made of dark walnut wood. Due to its dark tone, walnut is one of the finest woods available.
WaterGrinders are effective upper body trainers, based on the large cable winches on powerful sailing ships.
All WaterGrinder upper body trainers are produced by hand in the in-house NOHrD factory. Each device is made of high-quality solid wood and has been tested for functionality.

Similar to the WaterRower, the heart of the WaterGrinder is the water tank. With an ergonomically shaped paddle, an even water resistance is generated with maximum water entrainment. The crank is operated with both hands using pure muscle power. The result is enormous.
Note: The WaterGrinder requires a power connection for the training monitor.
