TriaTrainer Shadow

The TriaTrainer from NOHrD combines three devices in one – in the basic position a cube-shaped abdominal trainer, it can be folded out quickly and easily and becomes a back trainer. Fully unfolded, it serves as a weight bench. The multifunction device offers varied strength training for the torso and arm area.

The frame is made of oiled ash wood, in the basic position the TriaTrainer takes up less than one square meter of space.
